Qi Gong/Chi Kung classes
Tuesdays 11am - 12noon
This is the ancient Chinese practice of cultivating energy, through slow, gentle rhythmical exercises, and conscious breathing, to enhance the body’s natural healing energies. The exercises can be done standing or seated, so are suitable for all age and abilities. Through a recent survey of my students as to why they attend the classes, the most frequent benefits cited are that they leave the class calm, with a better breathing pattern, more flexibility, with better posture and balance, and a sense of well-being.
Please email Paul or phone 07581-529449 for more information and to book classes.
Sing and Sign – Helping Babies Communicate Before Speech
Babies use all kinds of signs and gestures as a natural part of learning to talk. Baby signing with Sing and Sign is easy because it is fun to learn! Sing and Sign combines the benefits of both music and baby signing. Your baby will recognise important words sooner and can use the signs to “talk” to you before speech. It is recommended babies come to classes any time from around 6-8 months.

Life Coach Directory
Life Coach Directory was set-up in order to raise awareness of coaching and to enable visitors to their website to find the most suitable qualified coach for their needs. Coaching is the process of guiding a person from where they are to where they want to be, and can address a range of areas from career advice to family coaching.
The purpose of the site is ultimately to provide the UK with a huge counselling support network, enabling those in distress to find a
counsellor close to them and appropriate for their needs. This is a free, confidential service that provides a useful resource for those looking for support or general advice
